Who we are

This website, thetechnoknowledge.com, is run by Technoknowledge (SMC-Pvt) Ltd., Phase 6, DHA, Karachi, Pakistan. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Technoknowledge.

What information we collect

We only collect information that you choose to send us through the forms on this website, or when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Form What we ask for
Techno Camps registration Parent’s name, WhatsApp number, child’s first name and age, chosen courses, class type (1-to-1 or group), city, how you heard about us, and any notes
Request a proposal, LMS demo and AITEP Starter Your name, role, school or institution, city, WhatsApp number, email (optional), number of teachers or students, the programs you are interested in, and any message
Contact form Your name, who you are (for example parent or school), WhatsApp number, email (optional), subject and message

Each form also asks you to agree that we can contact you about your request. Fields marked as optional can be left blank.

We do not ask for payment card details, passwords, national ID numbers or children’s photos through this website.

How we use your information

We use the information you send only to:

  • reply to your message or request, usually within one working day
  • prepare a proposal or quote for your school
  • register your child for a Techno Camp and confirm the class type, timing and fee
  • arrange a demo, a free AITEP Starter session or teacher training
  • keep a record of our conversation so we can help you if you contact us again

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Children’s information

Techno Camps are for children, so the registration form asks the parent or guardian for the child’s first name and age. We use this only to place the child in the right course and class. We ask parents, not children, to fill in the form.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

Where your information is kept and who can see it

When you send a form, your answers are saved in a private Google Sheet and sent to our team email inbox, technoknowledge19@gmail.com. Both are run on Google’s services. Only Technoknowledge staff who need the information to reply to you can see it.

If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Our learning management system (LMS) at lms.thetechnoknowledge.com is a separate system. Schools and students sign in to it with their own accounts, and it is not covered by the forms on this website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it:

  • with the service providers we use to run our forms and email (Google), who store it on our behalf
  • with one of our regional business partners (IdeoMetriX in Gilgit-Baltistan or Max-Academia in Punjab) only if you agree, when your school is in their region
  • if we are required to by law

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and messages for as long as we need them to help you, and for up to two years after our last contact with you. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Cookies and other websites

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not show ads.

  • Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page opens.
  • Links: buttons for WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Google Maps take you to those services. Once you leave our website, their own privacy policies apply.

If we add website analytics in future (for example to count visits), we will update this policy first.

Your choices

You can contact us at any time to:

  • ask what information we hold about you
  • correct information that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information
  • ask us to stop contacting you

Send your request to info@thetechnoknowledge.com or on WhatsApp. We will reply within one working day and act on your request as soon as we can.

How we protect it

We keep your information in password-protected accounts that only our staff can open. Our website forms send information over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
